It is a powerful yet very accessible practice, because there is nothing that you need to do except getting comfortable (lying down or reclining) and let yourself simply receive the spoken words, leading you towards a deeply restorative ‘liminal space’ between awake and asleep, with no effort required.
It is a great practice to restore at any point, soothe the mind and nervous system, and can be really helpful to access sleep too.
