While I love teaching group classes and helping you find a support community of like-minded women, I also believe that the most beneficial yoga practice & antenatal support is one that is highly individualised.

One that addresses your needs, works for your body, takes into account and addresses your anxieties, progresses with your pregnancy and your body changes at this very unique time.

1:1 Pregnancy yoga in Richmond, Kew & online

  • One-to-one sessions are a particularly great option if you

    • are in your first trimester

    • suffer from a specific condition, such as pelvic pain (PGP), high blood pressure, placenta praevia, pregnancy sickness, etc

    • feel particularly anxious, maybe due to prior pregnancy loss or a long/difficult conception journey

    • need more flexibility in the times when you can attend a session or wish to practice in your home

  • One-to-one pregnancy yoga sessions are bespoke, i.e. entirely tailored around your needs, situation, concerns/wishes and yoga experience.

    Before you first class, we will have a chat over the phone to discuss all this, and determine the contents of your first session.

    Practices can include yoga poses & sequences, therapeutic exercises, breathwork, pelvic floor exploration, guided relaxation.

    I also offer a Birth Skills birth preparation workshop for couples/birthing women and their birth partner, focusing on key knowledge and practices to support physiological birth. You can read more about the workshop here.

  • Sessions are delivered in the comfort of your own home, either in-person or online via Zoom.
    I usually travel in a zone about 20mn drive around Richmond, but can travel further out into London or Surrey for one-off sessions/birth workshops (a travel time fee might apply).

  • One-to-one sessions can be booked as a one-off session of 75mn, or packs of 3 or 6 sessions of 60mn each (first session 75mn) at a discounted rate.
