Start the new year with kindness to yourself and your body,
gently (re)building foundations of postnatal recovery and daily well-being as a new mama through mindful, soulful postnatal yoga
Over 4 sessions gradually building on each other, I have designed this online postnatal yoga series to help you:
restore a (loving) connection with your body after birth
gradually restore a sense of strength and connection with your abdominals, pelvic floor and back muscles (your ‘deep core’)
restore ease through stretch and release of all these achy places that are so in demand when looking after a baby (your neck, shoulders, upper and lower back)
regain alignment and posture, for yourself and when holding and carrying your baby
restore (or find) a sense of calm, and an ability to rest and relax to replenish yourself
ultimately, restore a sense of self and well-being, which we can so easily lose in early motherhood
Each session will comprise several short movement sequences, a breathing practice and a relaxation practice, which can each be done in their own right, so you can break down the practice into short ‘snacks’ to suit your mama life (and what time is available at the time).
This new online series focuses on mums only but can be done with or without your baby around. If you join in with your baby, you will be shown ways to integrate your little one into the practice.
Suitable from 6 weeks post-birth, including after Caesarean birth, but please contact me if you'd like to join earlier in your recovery as it would be possible for you to join in.
Class contents will be designed around the attendees of the series, so if you’ve attended my previous series Reconnect, you can expect new contents (although still in the same style!).
Join live or sign-up to receive the replay links (sign up will remain open until the last date of the live course). Each session will run for 45mn.
Spaces limited to 15 mums, so that I can offer you some personal attention and answer any questions you may have.
