At this exhausting time, my in-person postnatal yoga for mum & baby classes & online postnatal recovery course are designed to help you heal from birth, understand your postpartum body, ease tensions, regain strength mindfully, and relax deeply … as well as bond with, support and soothe your baby… to make your first weeks, months, and year(!) together a little easier and more joyful too.

All classes offer a unique, nourishing approach to postnatal exercise and recovery, integrated with baby care, that will truly support your transition into motherhood, long-term health and daily life with your new baby.
