The Postnatal Recovery Collection comprises:

  • my introductory Postpartum Recovery Foundations workshop & accompanying practices

  • a 4-part progressive postnatal yoga series ‘Reconnect

  • as well as some extra resources to support you at this exhausting, transition time.

Practices explored are suitable from 1 week after birth, including after Caesarean birth, and designed to be manageable to be done with your baby near you (or with you) to help you:

  • reconnect with your body after birth

  • gradually restore a sense of connection and strength with your abdominals, pelvic floor and back muscles

  • realign your body and regain better posture

  • address these achy places that are so in demand when looking after a baby (your neck, shoulders, upper and lower back)

  •  combat stress and exhaustion, and help you restore your ability to rest and relax
