
Postnatal Yoga for Recovery Bundle
A bundle of progressive, guided recorded sessions to help you
gently (re)build foundations of postnatal recovery
and daily well-being as a new mother, through mindful postnatal yoga
The bundle includes:

A 75mn session exploring the foundations of postnatal recovery, and of return to postnatal yoga and exercise.
The workshop walks you through simple, safe and deeply effective postnatal recovery stretches and exercises, addressing pelvic floor and core healing, posture, upper body mobility, transitions, lifting and carrying your baby, and accessing rest.
Practices are suitable from one week after birth, including after Caesarean birth, and can be done with your baby near you (or with you!), even lying in bed. No need to even unroll a yoga mat.

4 themed postnatal yoga sessions of 45mn each, gradually building upon each other to support you through your recovery:
Session 1: Acknowledge
Session 2: Connect to centre
Session3: Balance
Session 4: Unfurl & flowEach session is made up of several short movement sequences + a breathing practice + a relaxation practice, which can each be done in their own right, so you can break down the practice into short ‘snacks’ to suit your mama life (and what time is available at the time).
Classes focus on mums only but can be done with or without your baby around.
Suitable from 6 weeks post-birth, including after Caesarean birth if your scar has healed well and you feel happy to move your body.
Together, these sessions will help you:
reconnect with your body after birth
gradually restore a sense of connection and strength with your abdominals, pelvic floor and back muscles (your ‘deep core’) and start addressing diastasis recti
realign your body and regain better posture
find ease through stretch and release of all these achy places that are so in demand when looking after a baby (your neck, shoulders, upper and lower back)
learn how to transition safely from floor to sitting to standing, lifting and carrying your baby, to rebuild pelvis stability and protect your healing abdominals
combat the inevitable stress of early motherhood, and help you restore your ability to rest and relax to replenish yourself
No previous yoga experience necessary.
I strongly recommend you explore the workshop first, before diving into the Reconnect series, and progress at your own pace.
